The Dupla CO2 Reactor 500 is suitable for use with CO2 fertilisation systems in freshwater aquariums up to 500 litres.

Healthy and magnificent plants in the aquarium are not just for the eye of the beholder. Their splendid growth offers the aquarium inhabitants, among other things, hiding places and also serves as a valuable oxygen supplier. Magnificent plant growth is, however, largely dependent on decisive factors: on the one hand on the light source, on the correct nutrient supply and on a carbon source. CO2 is indispensable in the well-kept aquarium and especially when aquascaping and is not only used for plant growth and algae containment - CO2 also regulates the pH value of the water and corrects it slightly in the acidic range; similar to the habitats from which most of the well-kept ornamental fish come.

With the Dupla CO2 Reactor 500, the slow rise of the CO2 bubbles enables fine atomisation on its way up. Install the CO2 reactor firmly on the inside of the aquarium using the included suction cups and connect it to the CO2 fertiliser system. Choose a moving point so that the outflowing CO2 is directly captured by the current and thus optimally distributed in the aquarium water
